The CPPCC District Committee held the 14th meeting of the 2nd CPPCC Standing Committee
On the morning of October 9, the 14th standing committee meeting of the second session of the district's Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was convened. The meeting studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the conference commemorating the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. The meeting heard the notification from the district government on the handling of proposals and motions from the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in 2024. At the meeting, democratic evaluations were also conducted on the handling of proposals by the district education bureau and the district commerce bureau. Zhang Li, secretary of the Party Leadership Group and chairman of the district's Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, attended and delivered a speech. She emphasized the need to deeply grasp the essence and key points of the General Secretary's speech, improve political stance, enhance the effectiveness of performing duties, and focus on key tasks.
He Jun, a standing committee member of the District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, carefully listened to and studied the "Several Measures of the District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference for Implementing the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China", and conducted on-site democratic evaluation of the proposal handling situations of the two departments, namely, the District Education Bureau and the District Commerce Bureau, as reported by the main responsible persons of our district's Education Bureau and Commerce Bureau. The results of the democratic evaluation were also announced at the meeting.
