Accompanied by the solemn national anthem, CPPCC members representing various sectors and industries of Liangxi District gathered together, dedicated to the high-quality development of the regional economy and society. They offered valuable suggestions and extensively formed a consensus, contributing their wisdom and strength to creating a new milestone in modernization for Liangxi District, characterized as "strong, wealthy, beautiful, and high-level."
At this grand event, Zhu Gang, the CPC Secretary of Liangxi District and Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Liangxi Science and Technology City Management Bureau, delivered a thought-provoking speech. His address, titled "Adhering Firmly to the Blueprint, Promoting Development through Solid Work, and Vigorously Writing a New Chapter in the Modernization of a Strong, Wealthy, Beautiful, and High-Level New Liangxi," reviewed the challenging journey of the past year and the hard-won achievements in development. Secretary Zhu emphasized facing numerous external shocks, the complex and volatile economic situation, and the heavy development tasks with unity. He paid particular attention to the fact that the population of citizens aged 60 and above in our district has reached 235,000, accounting for about 30% of the total registered population. Consequently, Mr. He is looking forward to the district accelerating the construction of a comprehensive, high-quality, and district-wide elderly care service system, and introducing higher-quality elderly care institutions.
